n8n Shopify Sales Scheduler: Google Sheets + Slack + GPT-4o-mini automatically reads your sale plan from Google Sheets, validates pricing rules against current Shopify inventory and margins, applies variant price/compare-at changes at the right times, and posts clear preflight and live sale updates to Slack—including an on-demand rollback link.

What this workflow does

• Runs every 5 minutes to scan the Sale Plan tab and determine whether rows need preflight checks, sale start, sale end (rollback), or to be marked invalid/expired.
• Pulls live Shopify data for each variant (current price, compare-at price, and inventory), then calculates the target sale price from sale_price or discount_pct.
• Validates discounts and margins (including stock availability, maximum discount, and minimum margin rules) before any change is executed.
• Posts Slack preflight reports up to 24 hours before sale start, highlighting rows that need fixes.
• Executes changes at sale start/end via the Shopify GraphQL API (batch updates), or sends a dry-run preview to Slack.
• Writes results back to Google Sheets: updates row status and appends entries to a Price Change Log tab, then posts a Slack summary with a “Roll back now” button.
• During live sales, runs every 30 minutes to compute order and inventory metrics, then uses OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) to generate a short numeric “sale pulse” posted to Slack.
• Accepts a rollback webhook to trigger a safe reversal when needed.
