This n8n workflow watches for every new Shopify product, generates an 8-second vertical (9:16) product video with Google Gemini (including Veo 3.1), publishes it to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and logs results to Google Sheets with Gmail failure alerts.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on new Shopify products when a product is created.
• Filters to active products that include a product image, and skips products already processed in previous runs.
• Sends the product image and product details to Google Gemini to generate:
  • a Veo-ready video prompt
  • a concise selling point for captions
• Uses Veo 3.1 (via Google Gemini) to generate an 8-second 9:16 product video.
• Publishes to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube via PostWire, using an idempotency key per product to prevent duplicate posts. Captions are tailored per platform.
• Writes a published row per platform to Google Sheets, or records failures to Google Sheets and sends a consolidated “fix report” email via Gmail.
