This n8n workflow runs on an hourly schedule and reports a successful completion to Silent Fail via an HTTP request—so you’re alerted if your scheduled workflow stops running or the expected pings stop arriving.

What this workflow does

• Runs every hour using a schedule trigger.
• Executes your custom workflow steps (the included placeholder step is meant to be replaced with your actual logic).
• Pings Silent Fail after completion by sending an HTTP request to your Silent Fail monitor’s ping URL.
• Enables Silent Fail monitoring by letting Silent Fail verify the ping cadence and alert you when the workflow stops checking in.

Setup

• Set the monitor’s expected interval in Silent Fail to match the workflow schedule (hourly by default), then activate the workflow.
