This n8n workflow checks specified YouTube channels every hour using Apify’s YouTube Channel Monitor, then posts a clean, formatted Slack message for each newly published video (title, link, duration, and publish time). No more manual checking or missed uploads.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: The workflow executes every hour using an n8n Schedule Trigger.
• Monitors the channels you choose: You define the list of YouTube channels and set maxResultsPerChannel to control how many recent results Apify should fetch per channel.
• Detects newly published videos: It uses Apify (dami_studio/youtube-channel-monitor) to retrieve uploads that are new since the last run.
• Validates results: Any returned items without a valid video URL are filtered out.
• Prevents duplicate alerts: Results are deduplicated by video ID so each video triggers only one Slack alert across executions.
• Posts to Slack: For each new upload, it sends a Slack message to your selected channel with the channel name, video title, URL, duration (in minutes), and the publish timestamp.
