What this workflow does

• Receives an RFx request via webhook: Accepts a POST payload containing a request_id (to /rfx-request).
• Pulls matching RFx requirements from Google Sheets: Filters the Sourcing_Re (source sheet) to keep only the row where Request_ID matches the incoming request_id.
• Normalizes RFx criteria: Prepares category, country, certification, ESG/diversity requirements, and search criteria for supplier matching.
• Finds candidate suppliers: Queries a Supplier_Master Google Sheet using category, country, and certification.
• Scores fit with Google Gemini: Sends combined supplier + RFx data to Gemini and receives a JSON fit assessment (including ai_fit_score, strength, and recommendation).
• Enriches with supplier intelligence: Calls an external HTTP supplier-intelligence endpoint to add risk/financial fields.
• Ranks and shortlists: Computes a weighted final_score, sorts suppliers, and keeps the top 5.
• Emails and logs results: Sends shortlisted recommendations via Gmail and appends the outcomes to a Supplier_Shortlist_Log Google Sheet for auditing.
