Generate a clean Wallet Page Summary (with validation) — no API required

This n8n workflow manually creates a synthetic wallet-page response, then returns a minimal page summary with wallets_on_page, whether has_more pages exist, and a valid_response flag—while excluding wallet identifiers, addresses, labels, and balances from the final output.

What this workflow does

  • Manual run: Start the workflow using a Manual Trigger.
  • Create synthetic data: The first Edit Fields node builds a fictional items array containing one wallet and sets has_more to false. This example makes no network requests and requires no account connection.
  • Validate response shape: The final Edit Fields node checks that:
    • items is an array
    • has_more is a boolean
  • Return a minimal summary:
    • wallets_on_page = count for this page only
    • has_more = pagination indicator
    • valid_response = true only if the response shape is correct
  • Safe failure mode: If the response shape is invalid, wallets_on_page and has_more become null, and valid_response is set to false.

Use cases

  • Test and document wallet pagination summary logic in an n8n workflow
  • Validate response schema handling before integrating real wallet-page APIs
  • Provide a deterministic fixture for QA, demos, or internal SaaS troubleshooting

Technical details

  • Nodes used: set, sticky note, manual trigger (plus Edit Fields nodes for synthetic data and output validation)
  • Integrations: none—fixture-only execution, no credentials required
  • Expected output (with included fixture): wallets_on_page = 1, has_more = false, valid_response = true
