This n8n workflow captures every completed TeamRetro standup, stores it in an n8n Data Table, and every Friday at 4 PM uses OpenAI (GPT) to generate a per-team weekly standup report and sends it as a formatted HTML email via Gmail.

What this workflow does

• Listens for TeamRetro Trigger webhook events when a standup is marked as Standup Completed.
• Prevents duplicates and ignores standups that have no participant updates.
• Builds a plain-text transcript for the day and saves the standup summary into a Data Table named standup_days (with fields like date, day, team, standup, people, transcript).
• Every Friday at 4 PM, loads the last N days (default 7) from standup_days, groups entries by team, and sends each team’s collected standup text to OpenAI (GPT-5 Mini).
• Converts the returned Markdown into HTML and emails it to your configured recipients using Gmail.
• Prunes the Data Table by deleting rows older than four weeks to keep stored data small.
