This n8n workflow checks the Crypto Fear & Greed Index every morning, pulls your selected coin prices from CoinGecko, and posts a concise, Telegram-ready summary (with optional alerts for extremes).

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 08:00 using a schedule trigger.
• Loads your configuration in n8n, including CoinGecko coin IDs, preferred fiat currency, Telegram chat ID, and alert thresholds.
• Fetches the last 8 days of the Crypto Fear & Greed Index from alternative.me.
• Retrieves current coin data (current prices and 24-hour change) from the CoinGecko Simple Price API for the coins you configured.
• Builds a Telegram message including today’s index, trend versus yesterday and a week ago, an 8-day mini chart, and price lines for each selected coin.
• Optional “only extremes” behavior: when only_extremes is enabled, the workflow skips sending if no alert condition is met using your thresholds (e.g., fear_below, greed_above, and jump_points).
• Sends the report to Telegram using your Telegram bot credentials.
