What this workflow does

• Selects the most recent SEC reporting quarter using reliable SEC XBRL frame coverage, then pairs it with the matching prior-year quarter.
• Pulls quarterly revenue from SEC XBRL using the SEC XBRL frames API and resolves company identifiers by downloading the SEC company ticker map (CIK → tradeable ticker).
• Filters and ranks results: removes companies outside your thresholds, ranks the remainder, and sends a “nothing found” Telegram message if no candidates match.
