This n8n workflow turns freelancer progress messages from Telegram into structured updates using Google Gemini, matches them to the right client in your Google Sheets roster, and appends the result to a Notion project timeline. If attachments are included, it can also archive them in Google Drive, then logs everything and confirms back in Telegram. Every day at 08:00, it sends a single-message digest to Telegram enriched with Google Calendar context.

What this workflow does

• Telegram trigger: When you send a message to the configured bot, the workflow starts automatically.
• Extract structured update with Gemini: Google Gemini parses the message text into a structured payload (client hint, status, blocker, deadline, and summary).
• Match client from Google Sheets: The workflow reads the active client roster from Google Sheets and uses Gemini to match the client hint to a single client with a confidence score.
• Safe confirmation when uncertain: If confidence is below the threshold, it asks you to confirm the client and does not log anything.
• Write to Notion: On confident matches, it appends a normalized timeline entry to the target Notion block.
• Optional attachment archive: If the Telegram message includes a file or photo, it downloads it and uploads it to a Google Drive folder.
• Audit + notifications: It appends an audit row to Google Sheets, sends a Telegram confirmation, and sends an error message to Telegram if the Notion write fails.
• Daily digest at 08:00: Fetches upcoming Google Calendar events and recent Google Sheets log entries, has Gemini write a short morning brief, and sends it to Telegram as one message.
