Turn LinkedIn candidate lists into recruiter-ready email leads (automatically)

This n8n template reads LinkedIn profile URLs from your Google Sheets talent pool, uses Apify to find matching candidate email addresses, and writes the results back to your sheet—so your outreach list stays current without manual searching.

What this workflow does

• Runs automatically (manually or on a schedule; default is every minute) to pick up newly added candidates.
• Scans your Google Sheets and processes only rows where the email and contactFinder columns are still empty.
• Limits each batch to 50 candidates per run for predictable processing.
• Collects the LinkedIn URLs from those rows into a single list.
• Calls an Apify actor to look up email addresses for each LinkedIn profile in a single run.
• Matches results back to the correct row using LinkedIn URL normalization (ignores differences like www, trailing slashes, and letter case).
• Updates Google Sheets with the found email (or leaves it empty if none was found) and marks the row as done in contactFinder.

Setup

Copy the example Google Sheet, add your candidates (including LinkedIn URLs), connect your Google Sheets and Apify credentials, select your sheet in the nodes, test with Execute workflow, then activate the schedule to process new candidates automatically.
