This n8n workflow watches Poland’s Baza Konkurencyjności for new tender announcements, pre-filters them by deadlines and keywords, then uses an Anthropic AI agent to produce a structured GO / NO_GO / GO_IF assessment—finally notifying your team via Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled or manual runs: execute manually, or twice daily on weekdays using a cron schedule.
• Fetches latest tenders: calls the public Baza Konkurencyjności search API to retrieve newly published announcements.
• De-duplicates and filters: removes previously seen tenders locally, then applies inclusion/exclusion keywords, optional region matching, and a configurable minimum `days-to-deadline` threshold.
