This n8n workflow ingests every incoming tender via a webhook, uses GPT-6-luna to score fit out of 100 and flag risks, records the outcome in Google Sheets, and emails the bid manager the verdict plus the exact requirements to check—then sends a Monday digest for due soon tracking.

What this workflow does

• Receives tenders via Webhook: A POST webhook (“When Tender Received”) on path tender-intake-0925 accepts tender payloads from a form, CRM, or script.
• Normalizes and validates inputs: The workflow trims key fields (tender title, client name, due date, estimated value, summary, source URL, bid manager email), builds a tender_id (TD- + timestamp + 4-digit suffix), and adds received_at. It checks required fields are present.
• GPT scoring and decisioning: For validated tenders, gpt-6-luna generates a fit score (0–100) and recommends bid, no_bid, or needs_review, including strengths, risks, key requirements, and a deadline risk.
• Logs decisions to Google Sheets: Every assessment is written to the “Tenders” tab.
• Email the bid manager: The bid manager receives the verdict and the requirements to check. No-bid tenders include a short explanation.
• Monday digest for active tracking: A weekly digest highlights tenders due within 14 days.
