What this workflow does

• Receives Twilio call webhooks as an HTTP POST to your workflow’s Webhook URL.
• Checks call outcome using the incoming CallStatus and continues only when the call is missed (e.g., no-answer, busy, or failed).
• Builds a WhatsApp follow-up message using caller and business phone numbers from the webhook payload.
• Sends the WhatsApp message to the caller using the Twilio node.
• Logs the follow-up to Google Sheets by appending a row with: timestamp, caller, message text, call status, number called, and a default follow-up status.

Technical details

• Twilio WhatsApp: add Twilio credentials in n8n and set the correct WhatsApp-enabled “From” number (WhatsApp sender) in the Twilio message step.
• Google Sheets logging: add OAuth credentials and replace YOUR_GOOGLE_SHEET_ID_HERE; ensure the sheet (e.g., Sheet1) has matching columns: Time, Caller, Reply Text, Call Status, Number Called, Follow-up Status.
