This n8n UGC Ad Reels Workflow converts one new product image into a 15–20 second, ready-to-post vertical video. It uses DeepSeek to write the spoken ad script and kie.ai to generate the talking video with audio—then saves results to Google Drive and logs outcomes to Google Sheets automatically. No camera, actor, or editor required.

What this workflow does

• Receives requests via an n8n form submission containing: a product photo, ad prompt, brand name, and target language.
• Uploads the product photo to Google Drive, makes it publicly accessible, and creates a direct-download image URL for external use.
• Generates a spoken UGC ad script using DeepSeek Chat Completions (brand + language + ad prompt), producing a 15–20 second script.
• Creates a talking vertical video with audio by sending the script and the public image URL to kie.ai (Seedance 2 Mini video generation task with audio enabled).
• Polls kie.ai every 20 seconds until success or failure.
• On success: downloads the generated video, re-uploads it to Google Drive, and appends a “Success” row (including the Drive link) to Google Sheets.
• On failure: captures the provider error message and appends a “Failed” row to the same Google Sheets log.
