What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule: the workflow triggers at 7am every Monday and Thursday.
• Calls the Apify actor: it executes the Apify actor conceivable_extension/uk-grant-alerts using your configured sources, notice types, and keyword watchlists.
• Fetches new matches: results are retrieved from the Apify dataset created by the actor run.
• Separates urgency levels: matches are split into “closing soon” items (within 21 days) and other newly found grants.
• Builds an HTML email: the workflow generates an email digest and an email subject line based on urgency.
• Sends only when it matters: if there are no new or closing-soon grants, the run is skipped to avoid an empty email.
• Sends via Gmail: when relevant matches exist, the workflow emails the digest through Gmail as an HTML message.
