What this workflow does

• Receives a form submission with record photos (Side A/Side B and optional cover images), plus media/sleeve condition and location.
• Uses Google Gemini (image analysis) to extract record metadata from the photos and return a structured JSON payload (including marketplace title, genre inference, and a suggested CAD price).
• Validates and parses the AI response by cleaning it into a flat, valid JSON object to ensure downstream steps can safely consume the data.
• Creates a media folder in GoHighLevel, prepares the uploaded images, and uploads each available image.
• Merges uploaded image URLs with Gemini metadata, adding a generated record ID, timestamp, inventory fields (status, location, and conditions).
• Appends the completed catalog entry to Google Sheets as a new row, then shows a success page with saved values.
• Sends a Slack notification on success.
• Error handling: if the Gemini step fails, the workflow shows an error page, sends a Slack error alert, and stops.
