Turn Monitoring Alerts into Qwease Incidents—and Notify Microsoft Teams Instantly
This n8n workflow receives HTTP monitoring alerts on a webhook, automatically creates an INC ticket in Qwease via the Qwease REST API, and posts the alert (with the created ticket identifier) to a Microsoft Teams channel—so your team can respond faster.
What this workflow does
- Receives alerts via webhook: An HTTP POST monitoring alert is sent to the workflow’s n8n webhook endpoint.
- Normalizes alert data: It maps incoming payload fields into a ticket title and description, using fallbacks when expected fields are missing.
- Creates a Qwease INC: Using an authenticated HTTP Request to the Qwease REST API, it creates an INC ticket.
- Notifies Microsoft Teams: It posts a message to a selected Teams channel containing the Qwease ticket identifier and the alert title.
Use cases
- RMM/uptime/SIEM alert triage: Convert frequent monitoring alerts into tracked Qwease incidents while keeping Teams informed.
- Faster incident response: Share the created Qwease INC ID and alert context directly with the right Ops/Engineering channel.
- Standardized ticket formatting: Ensure alerts are consistently transformed into Qwease-ready titles and descriptions—even when payload fields vary.
