This n8n workflow runs every Monday, analyzes the last 7 days of sales from your Google Sheets, generates an executive summary with Anthropic Claude, renders a PDF via MintPDF, and posts it directly to Slack. It also archives the report in Google Drive—so your team gets a clean weekly snapshot without manual work.

What this workflow does

• Schedules weekly: Runs every Monday at 8:00.
• Reads sales data from Google Sheets: Loads your configured report settings and fetches all rows from the specified “Sales” tab.
• Compares this week vs last week: Splits rows into two periods, totals key KPIs (e.g., revenue, refunds, orders, units, customers), and calculates changes.
• Highlights trends: Identifies top products, top regions, and daily revenue patterns for both periods.
• Handles no-sales weeks: If there are no sales in the current period, it posts a no-sales message to the configured Slack channel and stops.
• Creates an executive summary with Claude: Sends computed metrics to Anthropic Claude to generate a 3–5 bullet summary (with a basic fallback if the AI output is empty).
• Generates and delivers a PDF: Builds a Markdown report, converts it to PDF using MintPDF, then posts the PDF to Slack.
• Archives in Google Drive: Uploads the report to a configured Drive folder, or alerts Slack if rendering fails.
