This n8n Weekly Google Sheets Shift Reminders via Gmail workflow reads your shift schedule every Monday morning and sends personalized HTML reminder emails to each security agent for all confirmed shifts that haven’t been notified yet. After emailing, it updates your Google Sheets to mark those shifts as Notified.

What this workflow does

• Runs weekly: scheduled to execute every Monday at 07:00.
• Reads your shift schedule: pulls all rows from your configured Google Sheets sheet.
• Filters eligible shifts: keeps only rows where Status is "Confirmed" and the Notified field is empty.
• Sends agent-specific email reminders: for each matching agent, sends an HTML shift reminder via Gmail, using the row’s date, start/end times, and site details.
• Prevents duplicate notifications: updates the corresponding Google Sheets row by setting Status to "Notified" and writing today’s date to the Notified column.
