When a booking is requested, the workflow can propose and confirm meeting times using Cal.com, and then send the final reply back to the same WhatsApp contact.

What this workflow does

• Listens for incoming WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp trigger.
• Ignores non-text messages and only processes messages that include text.
• Adds booking and context fields to the payload (including your Cal.com link, `eventTypeId`, timezone, sender details, and the incoming message text).
• Drafts a reply with a Google Gemini-powered agent, using short-term chat memory for continuity.
• Optionally performs web research using the TinyFish Search/Web Agent when enabled, to help with lead/company context mentioned in the chat.
• Optionally calls Cal.com tooling (Slots/Book) to propose and confirm meeting times when booking is requested.
• Sanitizes the generated response to ensure it is never empty and stays within a safe length limit.
• Sends the final message back to WhatsApp to the original sender.
