This n8n workflow listens to inbound WhatsApp messages via Wafly, classifies each lead as hot / warm / cold using OpenAI with per-phone conversation memory, replies instantly, and forwards only hot leads to your configured sales phone number.

What this workflow does

• Receives WhatsApp messages through an n8n webhook configured for Wafly.
• Filters noise and ignores non-leads by skipping echoes (messages sent fromMe), group chats, non-ReceivedCallback events, and empty messages.
• Qualifies the lead with OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) by sending the message text and using conversation memory keyed by the sender’s phone number.
• Parses the model output defensively: if the returned JSON is malformed, it safely falls back to a warm classification and a neutral reply.
• Sends a WhatsApp reply back to the sender using Wafly.
• Escalates only when it’s “hot”: if the lead is marked hot, it sends a WhatsApp handoff message to the configured salesPhone with lead details.
