What this workflow does

• Runs every 30 minutes to check for the next Google Calendar event within a configurable look-ahead window.
• Stops early if no upcoming meeting is found to avoid unnecessary processing.
• Extracts attendee contact details (e.g., name, email, company) from the meeting invite using OpenAI (GPT-4o).
• Enriches each attendee from Gmail by searching for the most recent email thread from that sender, then summarizing the last relevant context with OpenAI.
• Enriches with public web snippets by querying Apify’s Google Search Scraper and distilling 1–2 professional talking points with OpenAI (or noting when no useful public info is found).
• Generates and sends the brief via WhatsApp: an easy-to-skim briefing for all attendees and the meeting link, kept under 120 words.
