This n8n workflow watches a Google Sheets campaign sheet for status changes, generates a text-free AI promo poster with OpenAI, uploads it to UploadToURL to get a public embed link, then sends personalized HTML Gmail promo emails to VIP members from another Google Sheets mailing list.

What this workflow does

• Monitors campaign status changes: runs every minute and triggers when the Status column changes in your campaign Google Sheets.
• Generates a promotional image: uses OpenAI image generation to create a text-free poster background based on your Offer Details.
• Publishes the poster for embedding: uploads the generated image via UploadToURL and retrieves a public URL.
• Targets only VIP contacts: reads your customer mailing list from Google Sheets and filters rows where VIP Member is set to Yes.
• Sends personalized Gmail messages: for each VIP, it sends an HTML email via Gmail including the campaign name, offer details, promo code, recipient name (First Name), and the embedded poster image URL.
