Turn Airtable video ideas into scheduled Instagram Reels & TikTok posts—fully automated

This n8n workflow pulls long-form video URLs from Airtable, automatically creates clips in Opus Clip, uploads the finished videos to Cloudinary for public hosting, stores results back in Airtable, and publishes one clip per slot to Instagram Reels and TikTok via Buffer on a daily schedule.

What this workflow does

• Weekly (or manual) queueing: Fetch up to two oldest Airtable Concepts records where Status is Todo.
• Start clip rendering: Mark each selected Concepts record as Processed and submit its Video URL to Opus Clip to start a clip project.
• Handle Opus Clip completion: Receive an Opus Clip webhook, respond with 200, then wait one hour and request the exportable clip list for the project.
• Select clips: Split the clip list, keep up to 10 clips, and skip any clip without an export URL.
• Upload & store: Download each clip, upload it to Cloudinary to obtain a public URL, and create a new Airtable Content record (Title, Video URL, Status set to Ready to Post).
• Twice-daily posting: Pick one random Airtable Content record with Status Ready to Post, post it to Instagram Reels and TikTok via Buffer, then mark the record as Posted.
