n8n Workflow: Apify Career Page Jobs to Google Sheets

Automatically scrape an Apify company career page and keep your job listings in Google Sheets up to date

This n8n workflow runs the Apify Company Career Page Scraper for a single company URL, then imports the scraped job listings into Google Sheets—including a current jobs view, a per-run history log, and a safe run ledger with locking and resume support.

What this workflow does

• Runs manually and takes the target company career/ATS URL, job limit, charge cap, and the destination Google Sheets spreadsheet ID.
• Validates configuration, reads the existing spreadsheet, and creates required tabs if missing (Career Current, Career History, Career Runs).
• Adds a temporary lock sheet to prevent overlapping writes and protect data integrity.
• Validates existing schema & uniqueness in the current and history tables before importing.
• Starts the Apify Actor run (FalconScrape Company Career Page Scraper Actor ID: HiJYKx437rQqU6YMb) with a charge cap, or resumes a provided Apify run ID.
• Polls until completion, fetches the full scraped dataset, then normalizes and deduplicates job records.
• Updates/creates rows in Career Current, appends per-run observations to Career History, and writes an import status entry to Career Runs.
• Removes the lock and returns a summary (baseline, new, refreshed, rejected, replayed) plus a link to the spreadsheet.
