What this workflow does

• Manual trigger in n8n: Start the workflow whenever you need a fresh batch of leads.
• Set lead search criteria: Provide search location, business category (search term), and maximum Google Maps results to retrieve.
• Run Apify’s Google Maps actor via HTTP: The workflow calls the Apify Business Monster Google Maps Scraper to fetch matching businesses and waits for the dataset to be ready.
• Process one lead per business: Splits the dataset into individual items, then filters entries by email verification status.
• Keep only ACTIVE emails: Results are filtered to include only businesses whose email verification status is marked ACTIVE (ensuring verified emails for your outreach list).
• Flatten and format rows: Each lead is converted into a single row containing key fields (e.g., business name, category, contact details, socials, tracking flags, and the Google Maps URL).
• Append to Google Sheets: The workflow adds the rows to your selected spreadsheet and worksheet tab.
