What this workflow does

• Watches your Google Drive inbox: polls a specified Google Drive folder every 5 minutes and triggers when a new file is created.
• Builds a Discord review card: loads review settings (Discord server/channel IDs, approved/rejected folder IDs, and Google Sheets logging details) and formats the file metadata into a Discord-ready approval card with a preview link.
• Requests an approval decision in Discord: posts the card to a Discord channel and waits up to the configured decision window for a response using Approve and Send back buttons.
• Moves files based on the response:
  • Moves to the approved folder when approved.
  • Moves to the rejected/rework folder when sent back.
  • If no one responds within the decision window, the file can be left in the inbox.
• Logs results to Google Sheets: records each decision, including any move failures.
