This n8n workflow captures an approved website brief via a password-protected form, routes it for email approval (with a 2-day expiry), starts a Lindo single-site build on approval, polls build status until completion, archives a Markdown handoff to Google Drive, and emails your internal reviewer with the outcome and Drive link.

What this workflow does

• Receives a submission from an authenticated, password-protected n8n form (business name, brief, target audience, and an approval acknowledgement).
• Validates inputs, then emails the account manager/reviewer an approve/reject request that expires after two days.
• Starts a Lindo build only when approved: if the reviewer explicitly approves, the workflow sends the prompt to the Lindo API to start a single website build, capturing the returned workflow/build ID.
• Polls for completion by checking the Lindo status endpoint every 30 seconds until a terminal state is reached or the maximum polling limit is reached.
• Creates a Markdown handoff including the original brief, build status details, and a human QA checklist, then uploads it to a private Google Drive folder.
• Notifies the reviewer by email with a plain-text report: final outcome, workflow/build ID, and the Drive link to the archived handoff document.
• If approval is rejected or the request times out, it emails confirmation that no Lindo build was started.
