What this workflow does

• Runs on a weekly schedule and pulls all workflows via the n8n API.
• Merges fetched workflows with an n8n Data Table that stores which workflows are excluded from scanning.
• Cleans and prepares workflow data (nodes, connections, and AI sub-node relationships) for analysis.
• Uses OpenAI to:
  • Group the workflow canvas into logical sections and create a structured overview.
  • Create collision-resolved sticky notes and export updated workflow JSON for documentation.
  • Produce a scored audit report with workflow-level and node-level improvement suggestions.
• Sends a Slack rich block containing the audit summary, scores, and issues, then adds an :x: reaction to the message.
• Upserts tracking data into the n8n Data Table (workflow ID, name, scan flag, and the Slack message timestamp).
• Listens for Slack reaction events: when a user adds or removes :x:, it updates the Data Table to disable/re-enable scanning for that workflow and confirms the change in Slack.
