Auto-Draft Google Maps Review Replies with n8n (SerpApi + Claude via OpenRouter)

Turn new Google Maps reviews into ready-to-approve public responses—automatically. This n8n workflow uses SerpApi to pull fresh, unanswered Google Maps reviews, then uses OpenRouter (Claude) to classify each review and draft an appropriate reply. Drafts are saved to Google Sheets for approval and a single Gmail digest is emailed to you.

What this workflow does

• Runs manually or on a schedule and loads your property details, review tone, and the target Google Maps data_id.
• Reads previously drafted review IDs from Google Sheets to avoid duplicates.
• Fetches newest reviews via SerpApi and filters to only reviews that are new, unanswered, and contain meaningful text.
• Classifies each review with OpenRouter (Claude) into: standard, needing reservation verification, or possibly fake/disputed.
• Drafts a category-specific public reply and includes an internal note.
• Adds confirmation tags when needed (e.g., [VERIFY RESERVATION: ...], [CONFIRM: ...]).
• Saves each draft to Google Sheets as an approval log entry (so it won’t be drafted again), labeled as PENDING APPROVAL or NEEDS DATA.
• Sends one HTML Gmail digest containing all newly created drafts from the run.
