This n8n workflow automatically watches a specified Google Drive folder for new video files, transcribes the audio with OpenAI, generates a caption/description, and then uploads the video to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube via upload-post.com. It also tracks everything—statuses and URLs—in Airtable, with error alerts sent to Telegram.

What this workflow does

• Monitors your Google Drive: runs every minute when a new file is created in the configured folder.
• Downloads and reuses the video: pulls the new video from Google Drive and saves it to disk so it can be uploaded to multiple platforms.
• Transcribes and writes a description: uses OpenAI to transcribe the video audio, then generates a social media description from the transcript.
• Creates and updates an Airtable record: writes video name, Google Drive link, upload date, and the generated description, then updates the record with each platform’s upload success status and returned post URL.
• Uploads to social platforms: uses the upload-post.com API to post to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, using the generated description as the post title.
• Notifies on errors: if the workflow errors (except a DNS/offline message), it sends an alert to Telegram.
