This n8n workflow automatically reads your Google Sheets content calendar, finds posts marked as ready for the future, schedules them via SocialRobot to multiple social platforms, and then marks each row as done so it won’t be processed again.

What this workflow does

• Runs hourly using a scheduled trigger to keep your publishing pipeline up to date.
• Reads all rows from your Google Sheets content calendar.
• Filters for the right posts by keeping only rows where the ready field is set (e.g., yes/true/ready) and the scheduled date is in the future.
• Schedules the post through SocialRobot to: X (Twitter), Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads, and LinkedIn, using the row’s caption and date fields.
• Updates the Google Sheets rows by setting ready to done, preventing duplicate scheduling.
