This n8n workflow pulls US business leads by state and keyword from Google Maps via SerpAPI, enriches them with a website contact email, generates an outreach message with OpenAI, and appends everything to your Google Sheets in one go.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 7:00 AM using a schedule trigger.
• Reads the “States” tab from Google Sheets and keeps only rows marked Active.
• For each active state, expands your configured keywords into queries formatted like {keyword} in {state}.
• Calls SerpAPI (Google Maps engine) for each query, logs any SerpAPI errors to an “Errors” tab, and splits returned local results into individual lead items.
• Normalizes each lead (name, phone, website, address, state, keyword), filters out incomplete entries, and removes duplicates using a name+phone dedupe key.
• If a lead has a website, fetches the /contact page and extracts the first valid email from the page HTML.
• Uses OpenAI to generate a concise B2B outreach email per lead, then appends lead details, the extracted contact email, and the AI email to the “Leads” tab.
