This n8n workflow builds a client knowledge base from a website, stores it in Google Sheets/Google Drive, and then generates weekly Google Business Profile (GBP) content using Google Gemini. Each draft is sent to Telegram for Approve/Veto, so your system improves by learning from veto feedback.

What this workflow does

• One-time manual setup: creates a “Google Business Scaler” folder in Google Drive and a multi-tab Google Sheets database file (“Google Business Scaler — Database”).
• Onboard new clients: accepts submissions via an n8n Form, crawls the client website (checks robots.txt, uses sitemap, and targets key pages), and compiles cleaned text for analysis.
• Build a Gemini-ready knowledge base: uses Google Gemini to synthesize tone, differentiators, audience, forbidden claims, and services—saving results into the Clients, Identity, and Services tabs. The client’s Telegram chat is notified.
• Weekly content generation: runs every Monday at 8am, reads active client rows (services, photos, promos, history, identity, and learnings), then selects one content item per client via a priority cascade.
• Write, log, and track: Gemini writes the chosen piece (promo post, photo caption, update post, or service description). It logs drafts to the History tab and marks photos as used when applicable.
• Approval loop (human-in-the-loop): sends the draft to Telegram with Approve/Veto buttons (or auto-approves for autopilot clients) and updates status in Google Sheets.
• Learn from vetoes: when vetoed in Telegram, Gemini distills checkable writing rules based on the feedback.
