This n8n workflow scans new B2B order rows in Google Sheets every day, compares them against account baseline metrics, and triggers churn-risk alerts to Slack and Gmail—with a structured risk assessment generated by Google Gemini.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 2:00 AM on a schedule.
• Reads unprocessed orders from the Google Sheets sheet Orders_Ingest, and proceeds only when an order_id is present.
• Loads account baseline metrics from Account_Baselines, joins each order to its account_id baseline, and ignores Tier-3 accounts.
• Calculates churn-signal anomaly checks (e.g., volume, cadence, and core-SKU-mix mix anomalies) and keeps only orders that match at least one anomaly rule.
• Suppresses repeat alerts when the account’s last alert date is within a configured cooldown window.
• For qualifying accounts, sends order + baseline context to Google Gemini to classify risk, propose a primary hypothesis, and return two sales talking points as structured JSON.
• Posts the alert to Slack, emails the assigned rep via Gmail, appends an audit entry to Alert_Audit_Log, updates last_alert_date in Account_Baselines, and marks the order as processed in Orders_Ingest.
