Automate BeeL invoicing, collections, and Slack alerts—directly from your CRM

This n8n workflow turns closed won deals into VeriFactu-issued invoices in BeeL, automatically schedules overdue-payment reminders, builds a monthly accountant pack in Google Drive and Gmail, and notifies your team in Slack whenever VeriFactu events (like AEAT rejections) or recurring invoice pauses occur.

What this workflow does

• Receives deal data via webhook: Listens for CRM webhooks (including HubSpot private app) when a sale is closed, then normalizes incoming customer and line-item details.
• Creates/looks up your customer in BeeL: Searches BeeL by NIF and creates the customer if it doesn’t exist.
• Generates and issues the invoice: Creates an invoice draft in n8n-nodes-beelbeel from normalized data, issues it with VeriFactu (waiting for the PDF), and sends the invoice to the customer via BeeL.
• Slack confirmation on issuance: After the invoice is issued and emailed, posts a confirmation message to your chosen Slack channel.
• Daily collections with exact escalation days: Runs daily at 09:00 to fetch overdue BeeL invoices and sends escalated BeeL email reminders only on 3, 7, or 15 days past due (with a Slack alert on the 15-day step).
• Monthly accountant pack: Runs monthly to fetch last month’s BeeL invoices, downloads each PDF, archives them to Google Drive, generates a CSV summary, and emails the CSV to the accountant via Gmail.
• Event-driven Slack alerts: Listens for BeeL trigger events (VeriFactu status updates and recurring invoice pauses) and alerts your team when an AEAT rejection or recurring pause is reported.
