This n8n workflow scans your Google Sheets for fresh lead emails, verifies each one against the Precleared API for cold email compliance, and writes back a clear verdict plus supporting details—so you can stay compliant without manual review.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 09:00 using an n8n schedule.
• Loads sender settings (including sender_country, pitch, and a configurable per-run check limit) and reads lead rows from a specified Google Sheets worksheet.
• Selects only eligible rows: keeps rows that contain an email address and do not yet have a verdict.
• Limits processing per run to avoid overloading checks, then sends each lead’s email to the Precleared API for a compliance check.
• Maps Precleared results into update fields, including: verdict, rule/reason, next step, footer requirements, receipt ID, checked timestamp, and any error note.
• Updates the matching Google Sheets row (matched by email) with the compliance details.
