This n8n automation workflow turns approved, consented Google Sheets birthday/anniversary records into private branded videos via the Zvid node—using annual render keys, a recovery log, and job resumption so interrupted runs don’t create duplicates.

What this workflow does

• Runs manually or on a schedule: reads celebration records once and loads a separate Celebration Runs recovery log.
• Selects one due occasion with approval and greeting consent: respects DoNotContact, timezone handling, and special February 29 rules.
• Prevents duplicate renders: uses separate annual keys for birthday and anniversary so each occasion renders once per year.
• Resumes accepted jobs before selecting new paid work: checks the recovery log and continues accepted jobs instead of starting fresh.
• Generates and validates a two-scene branded greeting: builds the greeting, validates the design, then checks CreditsQuoted against your configured credit ceiling.
• Submits to Zvid safely: with dryRun=false, it records the submission and renders through zvidn8n-nodes-zvid. Capacity rejections allow up to three submission attempts.
• Tracks completion: waits for the accepted job, then saves final status and VideoUrl in Celebration Runs.
• Exports outputs: provides Watch video and a review CSV. Email delivery is disabled by default and requires separate approval of the recipient.

Technical details

• Google Sheets: configure a source tab plus a Celebration Runs tab with columns: RenderKey, Status, JobId, CreditsQuoted, PlanJson, VideoUrl, CompletedAt.
