What this workflow does

• Secure webhook intake: Receives corporate action payloads through a Header Auth Webhook using X-Webhook-Secret, enforcing supported event types: DVCA, DVSE, SPLF, RHTS, TEND, and CHOS.
• Schema validation & deadline rules: Validates mandatory schema fields and enforces election deadline rules for voluntary events.
• Lookup holdings in Google Sheets: Retrieves record-date holdings from the PositionBook tab (e.g., isin, accountNumber, clientName, positionAsOfRecordDate) and merges position data.
• Event-specific entitlement math: Computes entitlements using deterministic formulas, including half-up rounding for cash dividends, stock dividends with fractional cash, forward splits, rights, and choice events.
• Voluntary escalation tiers: Calculates election cutoff deadlines across a 4-tier escalation model: INFORMATIONAL, REMINDER, URGENT, and BREACH.
• Professional notification drafts with OpenAI: Uses gpt-4o-mini to format client notification drafts, while locking pre-calculated financial values.
