This n8n workflow takes a YouTube URL, pulls the transcript (or falls back to the video title/description), uses Google Gemini to generate an 8-slide LinkedIn carousel plus a high-performing caption, and delivers everything via Telegram and email—while logging each run to Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Start manually by entering a YouTube video URL.
• Extract the YouTube video ID and request a transcript from Supadata.
• If no transcript is found, it falls back to the YouTube Data API video title and description.
• Send the source text to Google Gemini to generate a JSON array representing an 8-slide LinkedIn carousel.
• Validate and repair the carousel JSON. If it’s malformed, Gemini repairs it and the workflow retries validation.
• Generate a LinkedIn caption with hashtags, then rate and revise it until the virality score is 8 or higher.
• Send the final caption and slide-by-slide carousel copy to Telegram and email.
• Create a cover image via Pollinations, post it to Telegram, and append run details to a Google Sheets tracking sheet.
