This n8n workflow takes your Google Docs contract & form templates, asks for the required values in a single chat flow, and outputs a ready-to-sign PDF link in minutes—so you can generate consistent documents without manual copy/paste.

What this workflow does

• Discovers templates from Google Drive: the TemplateList node scans a Drive folder you specify (via ?mode=meta) and returns a list of template id / title / desc for the chat flow.
• Fetches placeholders and conditional logic: GetMetaData opens the selected Google Doc, extracts META_JSON, identifies placeholders, and detects conditional blocks.
• Collects data with guardrails: the bot shows which fields are mandatory vs. optional, then asks for the values in an interactive loop—helping eliminate human error and missed requirements.
• Generates a final PDF draft for signing: unnecessary clauses are removed through conditional blocks, and the workflow produces a direct PDF link for quick review and next-step signing.
• Scales with zero workflow edits: when you add new templates to the Drive folder, they automatically appear in the chat list.
