This n8n workflow reads your next ready idea from Google Sheets, generates a Veo 3.1 prompt and platform captions with Google Gemini, creates an 8-second vertical (9:16) video, and publishes it to multiple social platforms via the PostWire API. Designed to run daily at 9:00, it also updates your sheet with hosted links—or notifies you by Gmail if a platform fails.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 9:00 and scans a specified Google Sheets tab for rows where status = "ready".
• Selects the first matching idea and updates that same row to status = "generating" (to prevent duplicate work).
• Uses Google Gemini to generate:
  • a Veo prompt (optionally influenced by your provided style)
  • platform-specific captions, and a YouTube title/description
• Requests an upload URL from PostWire, generates an 8-second 9:16 video using Veo 3.1, uploads it to PostWire, and finalizes it to receive a hosted media URL.
• Publishes to the selected networks using the PostWire posting endpoint, using the sheet row as an idempotency key.
• Updates the Google Sheets row with published links and posted status; on failures, writes required fixes to the row and sends a Gmail alert.
