Automatically send photo gallery links only after Razorpay payment is confirmed

This n8n workflow collects proof selections, creates a Razorpay payment link, and delivers the final photo gallery via Gmail only after Razorpay confirms payment and the gallery link is available—so you never send galleries before payment.

What this workflow does

• Receives client proof selections from an n8n Form.
• Calculates order total and creates an order by generating an order reference, calculating the package total, and writing the order record into Airtable (including fields like client email, selected proof IDs, total amount, paid, delivered, and gallery link).
• Creates a Razorpay payment link for the calculated total.
• Sends the client a Gmail message containing the Razorpay payment link.
• Verifies Razorpay payment via webhook: receives a Razorpay webhook, verifies the webhook signature, and matches the payment to the correct Airtable order.
• Marks the order as paid and delivers the gallery: if gallery_link is present, it emails the gallery via Gmail and marks the order as delivered.
• Daily delivery safeguard: runs on a schedule to find Airtable orders that are paid, not delivered, and have a gallery link, then emails the gallery and updates delivery status.
