This n8n workflow processes your “ready” organisations from Google Sheets every weekday, enriches them with Apollo decision-makers, verifies emails with MillionVerifier, and (when enabled) sends high-scoring, safe leads into your Instantly campaign—while writing all results back to your sheets for full auditability.

What this workflow does

• Runs on schedule (or manually): Executes every weekday at 07:00 and loads configuration for batching, scoring, verification, and sending mode.
• Loads a deduplicated batch from Google Sheets: Reads the “Organisations” tab, selects a batch of ready organisations, and exits early with a clear message if there’s nothing to process.
• Normalizes and categorizes organisations: Normalizes organisation name/domain and applies keyword-based category rules. Optionally uses Anthropic only for unclassified organisations.
• Finds decision-makers with Apollo (or reuses sheet data): Uses the Apollo API to pull up to the configured number of contacts per organisation. If Apollo isn’t configured, it falls back to contact details already present in Google Sheets.
• Scores contacts against your ICP: Applies your configured ICP scoring rules to each contact.
• Verifies emails with MillionVerifier: When verification is enabled, it verifies each email address and holds back unverified or risky emails by default (with reasons recorded).
• Writes outcomes back to Google Sheets: Updates the “Organisations” and “Contacts” tabs with enrichment results, discovered contacts, and held-back reasons.
• Pushes safe leads to Instantly (optional): If sending is enabled and safe contacts exist, it pushes them into the appropriate Instantly campaign.
