This n8n workflow sends real-time error notifications to Email and/or Telegram the moment any monitored workflow crashes—so you can act before problems impact users, revenue, or operations.

What this workflow does

• Acts as an “Error Workflow”: Set it in Workflow Settings → Error Workflow for each workflow you want to monitor.
• Catches failures automatically: When the monitored workflow fails, the On Workflow Error trigger runs and captures the error event.
• Builds a detailed alert: The Build Alert Message node extracts the failed workflow name, the failed node, the error message, and a direct link to the execution.
• Sends alerts via your chosen channel: Configure it to send via Email, Telegram, or both—based on what you set in the CONFIG node.
• Keeps alert settings centralized: A CONFIG node stores your alert email and Telegram chat ID in one place.
