This n8n workflow pulls your Facebook Page’s latest posts via the Facebook Graph API, calculates likes, comments, and shares per post, then appends or updates those engagement metrics in Google Sheets—ready for reporting, monitoring, and analysis.

What this workflow does

• Runs manually or on an optional daily schedule to keep your metrics up to date.
• Reads configuration values such as the Graph API version, the number of posts to check, and a delay between requests to help reduce rate-limit risk.
• Fetches your Facebook Page details and post feed, then splits the response into individual posts.
• For each post, requests engagement totals from the Facebook Graph API: reaction totals, comment totals, and share counts.
• Combines the metrics into a single record per post (including post ID and post text/message).
• Updates Google Sheets by appending new rows or updating the existing row for each post ID, with a short wait between posts.
