This n8n workflow listens for Fireflies meeting.transcribed webhooks, pulls the full transcript via the Fireflies GraphQL API, uses OpenAI to generate structured call notes and a follow-up email, then saves it as a Gmail draft and logs everything to Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Receives Fireflies webhook events for finished transcriptions and ignores non-matching or resends.
• Fetches transcript data (transcript, attendees, and metadata) from Fireflies using the meeting ID through the Fireflies GraphQL API.
• Extracts key call details such as date, duration, contact name/email, and a plain-text transcript—then stops if there’s no speech content.
• Generates structured output with OpenAI: summary, open questions, next step, outcome, and a follow-up email, returned as JSON.
• Creates a Gmail draft for the follow-up email using the detected contact email when available (otherwise leaves the recipient blank).
• Logs and emails you the notes: appends a row to Google Sheets with call notes and a Fireflies link, then sends the internal call-notes email and includes draft status.
