This n8n workflow uses OpenAI to generate platform-ready social posts from a YouTube video and website HTML, saves the results into Google Sheets, and also provides a chat endpoint that can incorporate an uploaded image or JSON/text file for enhanced post generation with Google Gemini.

What this workflow does

• Start modes: run manually, or via an n8n chat webhook that accepts a message and optional file upload.
• Manual run content gathering: fetches the latest YouTube video details, downloads HTML from selwynbuilds.com, then combines both into a single prompt.
• OpenAI multi-platform generation: generates structured social posts for X, Facebook, YouTube Community, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord, returning them as structured JSON.
• Save outputs: appends the generated posts as a new row in Google Sheets.
• Chat run routing: uses the request type (image, file, or text-only) to decide how to process the input.
• Image support (Gemini): if an image is uploaded, Google Gemini (PaLM) describes it, and the workflow uses that description plus the user message to generate posts via OpenAI.
• File/JSON support: if a file is uploaded, it reads the file as text, asks OpenAI to explain what the JSON does, then combines that analysis with the user message to generate structured multi-platform posts.
