This n8n workflow pulls the next “ready” topic from your Google Sheets, uses PostWire to generate platform-specific drafts, emails them to you via Gmail for approval, and then publishes the approved posts—writing results and statuses back to the sheet.

What this workflow does

• Runs every weekday at 9:00 and reads rows where status is set to ready.
• Selects the first available topic and immediately updates that row to drafting to prevent duplicates.
• Uses PostWire to generate drafts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Bluesky using the topic, optional notes, and your configured brand voice.
• Sends the drafts to you in Gmail and waits for an approve-or-skip response.
• If you approve, publishes via PostWire and aggregates per-network publish results.
• Updates Google Sheets with post links and a posted status on success, or records error details and emails clear fix instructions if one or more networks fail.
• If you skip, the row is marked skipped.
